American Airlines (AA)
AA will resume service between Chicago (ORD) and Portland, OR (PDX) on 6/12/2013. Service will operate twice daily on Boeing 737 aircraft.
British Airways (BA)
BA will launch service from London Heathrow (LHR) to Las Palmas (LPA). The service will operate on Saturdays using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Iberia (IB)
IB will launch seasonal service from Madrid Barajas (MAD) to St. Petersburg, Russia (LED) on June 29, 2013. The service, if approved, will operate twice weekly on Airbus A320 aircraft.
Qatar Airways (QR)
oneworld member-elect QR will launch service from its hub at Doha (DOH) and three new cities – Philadelphia (PHL), Addis Ababa (ADD), and Clark/Manila (CRK). No dates or other details have been announced for those routes, though it was noted that the DOH-PHL route would be operated by a Boeing 777 aircraft.
Royal Jordanian (RJ)
RJ has solidified dates on its long delayed West African service launch to Lagos (LOS) with a tag flight with no local traffic to Accra (ACC). The service will operate twice weekly on Airbus A332 aircraft beginning toward the end of June.
